Titanium dioxide (TiO2) thin film was deposited on n‐Si (100) substrate by reactive DC magnetron sputtering system at 250 °C temperature. The deposited film was thermally treated for 3 h in the range of 400‐1000 °C by conventional thermal annealing (CTA) in air atmosphere. The effects of the annealing temperature on the structural and morphological properties of the films were investigated by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscopy (AFM), respectively. XRD measurements show that the rutile phase is the dominant crystalline phase for the film annealed at 800 °C. According to AFM results, the increased grain sizes indicate that the annealing improves the crystalline quality of the TiO2 film. In addition, the formation of the interfacial SiO2 layer between TiO2 film and Si substrate was evaluated by the transmittance spectra obtained with FTIR spectrometer. The electronic band transitions of as‐deposited and annealed films were also studied by using photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy at room temperature. The results show that the dislocation density and microstrain in the film were decreased by increasing annealing temperature for both anatase and rutile phases. (© 2011 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. Simple and reproducible spectrophotometric methods have been developed for determination of sertraline, fluoxetine, and venlafaxine in pharmaceutical preparations. The methods are based on the reactions between the studied drug substances and ion-pair agents (bromothymol blue, bromocresol green, or bromophenol blue) to produce yellow-colored ion-pair complexes in acidic buffers. After extracting in chloroform, the ion-pair complexes are spectrophotometrically determined at the optimum wavelength. Optimizations of the reaction conditions were carried out. Beer's law was obeyed within the concentration range from 1 to 15 microg/mL. The molar absorptivity, Sandell sensitivity, and detection and quantification limits were also determined. The developed methods were applied successfully for the determination of these drugs in some available commercial preparations. The results were compared statistically with those obtained from reported high-performance liquid chromatography methods.  相似文献

We have presented non-linear analytical formula for fusion–fission cross-sections. This is achieved by analysing many fusion–fission experiments of the compound nuclei of atomic number range \(23 \le Z \le 146\) available in literature. Our parametrised formula can reproduce the fusion–fission cross-sections which agree well with the experiments. Our parametrisations depend on the charges and masses of the compound nuclei and fission fragments only. These results can be used as a guideline for estimating the fusion–fission cross-sections in those cases where measurements do not exist and also for studying new nuclei which are not yet explored.  相似文献

The possibility of using ionic liquid based chitosan sorbent for the separation and preconcentration of fluoroquinolone antibiotics (marbofloxacin, enoxacin, ofloxacin, ciprofloxacin, and enrofloxacin) has been studied. For this reason, different ionic liquids were prepared and coated on the chitosan sorbent. The conditions of the preconcentration of fluoroquinolones on a microcolumn have been optimized and the extraction efficiencies of the prepared sorbents have been compared. The compounds were eluted with 5 mL of 20% NH3 (v/v, MeOH) solution and determined by HPLC with diode array and fluorescence detector. The limits of detection were found as 4.23 µ g L?1 for marbofloxacin, and 1.09 µg L?1 for enoxacin; 3.23 × 10?3 µg L?1 for ofloxacin; 8.39 × 10?3 µg L?1 for ciprofloxacin; and 19.50 × 10?3 µg L?1 for enrofloxacin. The developed method was applied for the analysis of fluoroquinolone in milk, egg, fish, bovine, and chicken samples and the recoveries were obtained in the range 70–100%.  相似文献

As an attempt to produce azole functional proton conductors, organic electrolytes with triazole and tetrazole functional groups were synthesized via substitution reaction of 1,3,5-benzenetricarbonyl trichloride with aminotriazole and aminotetrazole. The samples were doped with triflic acid with molar ratios of 0.25 and 0.50. FTIR, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), and elemental analysis were used to characterize the resulting materials. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the samples are thermally stable up to 150?°C. The effect of acid doping on proton conductivity was investigated with impedance spectrometer. Both pure samples and the doped ones revealed high proton conductivity. In anhydrous conditions (TMA)-TriTA0.50 and TMA-TetTA0.50 have proton conductivities of 1.8 and 19?mS/cm at 150?°C, respectively. Solid-state NMR studies revealed that there are three different types of hydrogen-bonded acidic proton in the systems. Moreover, these different types of acidic protons present at different ratio in triazole and tetrazole systems.  相似文献

Current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics of Sn/p-Si Schottky diodes measured in the temperature range 80-320 K are presented and analysed. Anomalous strong temperature dependencies of the ideality factor and apparent barrier height were obtained. There was also a considerable difference between the apparent barrier heights obtained from current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics. These anomalies are explained by the domination of the current by a high level of thermionic-field emission, and by the presence of deep levels near the Sn/Si interface, which yield a reduction of free hole concentration and a significant temperature dependence of the charge stored near the metal-semiconductor (MS) interface. The evaluation of temperature dependence of forward current for thermionic-field emission resulted in the following parameters: characteristic energy E00 = 9.8 meV, Schottky barrier height at zero bias Φb0 = 0.802 eV, bias coefficient of barrier height β = 0, and effective Richardson constant A* = 37.32 A cm−2 K−2.  相似文献

This study aimed to remove phenolic and lignin compounds from paper mill industry (4500 m3/h) wastewaters, which is discharged to sea from a plant located in the western Turkey. As adsorbent, fly ash, raw sepiolite and heat-activated sepiolite were used. The effect of factors such as, particle size, temperature and pH on adsorption process was investigated. From kinetic studies, equilibrium time was found as 1 h for both. The kinetic data supports pseudo-second order model but shows very poor fit for pseudo-first order model. Intraparticle model also shows that there are two separate stages in sorption process, namely, external diffusion and pore diffusion. Adsorption isotherms for fly ash and activated sepiolite were obtained at two different temperatures. From experiments carried out at different pHs, it was observed that pH plays an important role in the adsorption process in removing of both lignin and phenolic compounds, providing both ionizating the compounds and modifying sorbent surfaces. It was also observed that heat-activated sepiolite is more effective than raw sepiolite and fly ash to remove these compounds. Adsorption of lignin and phenolic compounds increases with decreasing particle size. In addition, the efficiency of adsorption decreases with increasing adsorption temperature for both fly ash and untreated sepiolite.  相似文献

A novel proton conducting polymer blend was prepared by mixing poly(vinylphosphonic acid) (PVPA) with poly(1-vinylimidazole) (PVI) at various stoichiometric ratios via changing molar ratio of monomer repeating unit to achieve the highest protonation. The polymer network having the most suitable stoichiometric ratio for substantial proton conductivity was prepared and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy and proton conductivity measurements. The network was used for immobilization of invertase and some important kinetic parameters such as the maximum reaction rate (Vmax) and Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) were investigated for the immobilized invertase. Additionally, optimum temperature and pH were determined to acquire the best conditions for the highest enzyme activity. Operational stability of the entrapped enzyme was also examined. The results reveal that the most stable and highly proton conducting polymer network may play a pioneer role in the biosensors applications as given by FT-IR, elemental analysis, impedance spectroscopy and storage stability experiments.  相似文献

In this paper we study the existence of solutions for Lidstone boundary value problems on time scale. Firstly, by using Schauder fixed point theorem in a cone, we obtain the existence of solutions to a Lidstone boundary value problem (LBVP). Secondly, existence result for this problem is also given by the monotone method. Finally, by using Krasnosel'skii fixed point theorem, it is proved that the LBVP has a positive solution.  相似文献
